When you send an appointment request, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the department or doctor you choose, your preferred date and any message you write. Please do not include detailed medical history in the form — we will discuss your health with you directly.
Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use your details only to respond to your request, arrange and confirm appointments, and verify insurance coverage where you ask us to. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Appointment requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to meet our legal and medical record-keeping obligations. If you become a patient, your information is held in your medical record under the applicable UAE health regulations.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting info@lafamilia.ae.
